Create a box.



2.
Freeze transformations.




3.
Move the pivot to the IKhandle.





4.
Select the box first then select the IK handle.
Apply the Point constrain.



5.
Select the box first then select the wrist joint.
Apply the Orient Constrain.

For the hand, I assigned
Point condtrain on the IKhandle
Orient Constrain on the joint.








For the advanced wrist rigging, add one more joint on the wrist.
